Responsibilities

  • Setup monthly P&Ls for month-close
  • Prepare monthly accruals in conjunction with reports from Central Purchasing group and input from functional areas (includes extensive data analysis and comparisons against the monthly budgets/forecasts for accuracy, inputting and tracking monthly expense actuals in finance models, etc.)
  • Analyze operating expense account activity to ensure appropriate accounting treatment
  • Analyze purchase, T&E and meeting card activity for appropriate coding
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Finance and Sr Manager in operating expense variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Assist with Excel model buildouts as required
  • Assist with forecast and budget preparation as needed
  • Prepare Travel & Entertainment expense schedules for all corporate departments
  • Assist in preparing accurate, meaningful reports on an ad hoc basis for senior management
  • Ability to adhere to stringent deadlines and operational procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
