Requirements

  • Education/Certification:
  • Enrolled in or graduation from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting required
  • Overall Experience:
  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required.
  • Analytical and administrative skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Perform expense reconciliation for select projects.
  • Assist in managing the contract database.
  • Support vendor management processes by reviewing business classifications and creditworthiness.
  • Assist with ad hoc data collection to be used for expense analysis.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary
