Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled as an incoming Junior – Senior in a relevant Bachelor’s program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
  • Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
  • Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
  • Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
  • Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
  • Desired Skills:
  • Area of Study: Accounting
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Excellent time management skills that enable on-time delivery in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • This intern project will help support the Financial reporting team by assisting in creation of a new allowance system:
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Implement electronic SEC tieout binder in Workiva
  • Implement usage of “sync” feature within Workiva
  • Create/enhance reporting functions within Hyperion Reporting
  • Vendor Allowances:
  • Help implement new Allowance system
  • Collection of open vendor allowance receivables (working with Accounts Payable, Buyers)
  • Collection of 250+ fiscal 2024 (Q2 and Q3) executed vendor allowance contracts
  • Create and maintain vendor allowance listing (receipts, contracts, allowance %, terms)
