  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Work experience or familiarity with contracts
  • First-year Law school student interested in contracts or undergraduate junior majoring in Supply Chain or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Classify and upload contracts into our repository with metadata to improve searching and retrieval
  • Develop metrics and data quality reports to maintain the data quality of our repository, asset management system, and management of our contracts
  • Participate in the development of a contract review playbook and process
  • Review and organize our contract repository system and document archive
  • Assist in the development and improvement of our contract lifecycle management processes
  • Learn a ton about procurement and contracts while working on a great team!
