Description

  • Procurement, finance, and accounting are more than just figures and spreadsheets. These functions are also about working effectively with people, communicating, documenting, and improving the experience. Reporting into Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, this role will be responsible for assisting in key projects to improve the productivity of the procurement team and the experience of the procurement process to its end-users while maintaining a broad view to learn all of procurement capabilities and services. One particular focus will be how we document these relationships through contracts and how to manage that through a contract lifecycle management and asset management processes.

  • Develop metrics and data quality reports to maintain the data quality of our repository, asset management system, and management of our contracts
  • Participate in the development of a contract review playbook and process
  • Review and organize our contract repository system and document archive
  • Assist in the development and improvement of our contract lifecycle management processes
  • Learn a ton about procurement and contracts while working on a great team!
