Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program in economics, real estate, finance or accounting highly preferred
  • A broad knowledge of real estate, an understanding of economics, proficiency in accounting, financial modeling skills, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Interest in the Property Management and/or real estate industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, and Advanced excel skills a plus.
  • Solid project management and time management skills needed to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively with close attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing detailed operating budgets for both planned and existing developments to be used for Financial and Operational Forecasting.
  • Analyze economic and real estate market data to help identify market and industry trends that will be used to draw conclusions to support property operating budgets and financial models.
  • Interpret and analyze financial statements and market data on potential deals.
  • Assist in preparation of reports to clients.
