Requirements

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor program from an accredited college / university with an expected graduation date between May 2025 – December 2026 (Rising Junior or Rising Senior status)
  • Ability to work full time for 10-12 weeks during summer 2024.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong academic performance including a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program majors: finance, accounting, business analytics
  • Previous internships / co-ops or work experience and / or involvement with student or civic organizations

Responsibilities

  • As a member of our finance planning and analysis team, you will collaborate and build rapport with finance team members and internal business partners, and support project work including but not limited to:
  • Expanding your skills in overall financial management with full exposure to the P&L.
  • Completing projects for short-,mid- and long-term financial planning and performing financial sensitivity analysis where appropriate.
  • Maintaining accurate financial information and developing basic financial models for business performance, cost management and trend analysis.
  • Analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts and budget and communicating findings to management.
  • Providing regular reporting and financial analysis (ie headcount analytics, project management, key performance indicators,…)
  • Understanding accounting impacts to areas of responsibility that could affect financial results
  • Developing alternatives/proposals for financial planning and analysis improvements.
