Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the London IP Team.
  • Attend to administrative formalities requirements such as assisting with client onboarding, including creating new matters and dealing with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Assist with electronic filing away of incoming mail (noting deadlines, new instructions, invoices etc).
  • Provide a dedicated support service for the records and contacts databases.
  • Assist with the processing and payment of supplier disbursements.
  • Handle ad hoc administration tasks as required.
