Requirements

Holding a Full Clean Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the time of start date
Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
Willingness to travel to a different Tesla office location with each department rotation
Not be in full-time education when the programme starts
2 years' work experience (in any industry) is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

As a member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the worlds transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters, who thrive working independently and as part of a diverse team to solve problems, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.
Throughout your time on the programme, you'll also receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.
