The candidate must be a currently enrolled undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They should have completed a certain number of credit hours at their current college or university and have a major or minor in a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, organization, attention to detail, ability to lead projects, independence, and clear communication are also required. Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
