  • Recent graduate (Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous initial work experience in the finance function can be considered.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team spirit and global mindset.
  • Persistence, curiosity to learn and open to new ideas.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional fluency in English (other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
  • Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop intercultural skills.
  • Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
  • Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.
  • The program is made up of three assignments in different roles.
  • One nine-month assignment in your home country (Switzerland) as an introduction to the business.
  • One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.
  • One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business (Switzerland), where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.
  • During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey.
  • The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program.
