Responsibilities

  • Improve existing process documentation using MS Visio to provide users with an easy, high-lelvel view of the process
  • Brainstorm ideas on how to drive process compliance from the delivery team
  • Identify areas of opportunity in current processes and documentation (onboarding, training, etc.)
  • Build well documented process
