What is the duration of the Global Early Talent Program in eCommerce?
The program consists of three assignments totaling 24 months: a nine-month assignment in your home country, a six-month assignment abroad, and a final nine-month assignment back in your home country.

What roles will I be exposed to during the program?
You will have the opportunity to work on topics such as strategy, project management, process optimizations, digital marketing, business intelligence, and customer engagement, among others.
What is the eligibility criteria for this program?
You must be a recent graduate (preferably Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, and eligible to work in Germany, Spain, or Poland.
Are language skills important for this job?
Yes, proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

You will receive guidance on leadership competency development, and support for career progression will be provided during your final assignment as you look for your next position.
