  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Detailed oriented and highly analytical;
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills; working knowledge of PowerBI and PowerApp is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer:
  • Manage and triage incoming inquiries and requests as well as user access and attestations;
  • Conduct meaningful research and analysis on data issues, draw conclusions based on the results, and make recommendations on appropriate action(s);
  • Support LoBs with remediation activities, track and monitor the implementation of changes.
  • Develop and prepare applicable business performance metrics and reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders to help maturing data governance and management function;
  • Support the development and delivery of presentations/communications to management and/or broader audience (data community);
  • Support the development of training materials and delivery of training sessions and workshops as needed;
  • Coordinate meetings, touch points with businesses and partners as needed;
  • Review processes and controls and "connect the dots" across issues and control deficiencies in order to increase standardization of solutions, processes, and controls;
  • Support the socialization and training of the LOB data governance and data management community on data policies, procedures, tools, and templates.
  • Shareholder:
  • Support the Data Stewards in data governance activities and ensure adherence to the Enterprise Data Policy and Standards;
  • Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures and keep abreast of emerging trends;
  • Identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk activities as necessary;
  • Identify opportunities to efficiency gains and implement process improvements within the team and/or with partners/stakeholders,
  • Find ways to strengthen engagement and interaction models with key partners to improve effectiveness.
