Requirements

Must be at least a college junior in good standing
Knowledge of and interest in energy and environmental policy and regulations
In-depth knowledge of emissions management and/or human rights due diligence
Ability to be flexible and take on assignments not directly related to portfolio
Ability to conduct research and gather information, as needed
Cross-cultural fluency and previous experience in multi-lingual, multi-cultural work environment

Responsibilities

Manage office administrative tasks including, but not limited to, the following: schedules, electronic file organization, business colleague visits, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and updates
Coordinate with other government affairs team members to cover and research chemicals, environmental and safety regulations, energy policy, and other related government regulatory and legislative issues
Facilitate collaboration between business units and outside entities including trade associations, government officials, and competing businesses
