What qualifications do I need to apply for the Graduate Urban Designer position?
You need to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related subject.
Is work experience required for this role?
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential, as you will be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Are there any visa sponsorship options available for this position?
Unfortunately, due to changes in Government Legislation, we are not able to support work sponsored visas.
What kind of projects will I be working on as a Graduate Urban Designer?
You will support conceptual urban design, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, and design strategies on various schemes for developers and private clients.

The Graduate Training Scheme provides mentorship from leading experts, allowing you to build a solid foundation for your career in urban design.

When can graduates expect to start in this role?
Graduates can start throughout Summer / Autumn 2025, but must have started by the beginning of October 2025 to commence on the Graduate Scheme.
