What are the educational requirements for the Graduate Urban Designer position?
Candidates should hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related subject.
Is prior work experience in Urban Design or Architecture necessary?
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture is advantageous but not essential, as you will learn on the job and receive support through the Graduate Training Scheme.

What will my role involve as a Graduate Urban Designer?
In this role, you will work closely with the Design team on delivery of design consultancy services, supporting conceptual urban design, feasibility studies, master planning, and other projects for developers and private clients.

The Graduate Training Scheme provides mentorship from leading experts in the field and helps build a solid foundation for your career development.

When can graduates start if selected?
Graduates can start throughout Summer / Autumn 2025 but must begin by the beginning of October 2025 to commence on the Graduate Scheme.
