Requirements

  • You are interested in sustainability, sustainability reporting, and other developments within this field, and you can show this by means of previous experience or schooling;
  • You are finishing your University Master, with excellent academic results and/or relevant extracurricular activities on your resume. We look for diversity in backgrounds, so we will consider different degrees;
  • You are a team player;
  • You possess strong communication skills;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • You like to analyze new issues and find solutions in a practical and creative way;
  • You are available for 32 hours p/w for five to six months, starting from January or February;

Responsibilities

  • The PwC ESG Consulting team advises clients on a broad range of ESG-related topics.
  • We help companies with aligning and integrating ESG into their strategy, emphasizing the importance to top management, steering through clear business processes and KPIs, prioritizing the different ESG topics and more.
  • Our team has a number of focus areas, ranging from ESG strategy & transformation to ESG reporting & insights.
  • We offer you the opportunity to conduct independent research as part of our ESG Consulting team within one of our focus areas.
  • Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to work as part of our ESG Consulting team.
  • During the internship, you will be mentored by a supervisor from our ESG Consulting team.
  • Moreover, you will have access to knowledge and data sources that are usually not available at universities.
  • Examples of topics that you could research could be:
  • Different aspects related to how companies should prepare for ESG reporting regulations;
  • What the impact of a company’s ESG ambitions is on their supply chain operations;
  • The ideal governance set-up of ESG within an organization.
