Requirements

  • Educational Foundation: Current student or recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program in Graphic Design.
  • Strong Creative and Analytical Skills: Understand client input and design briefs, generate multiple concepts, and work with feedback. Understanding of branding and adhering to brand guidelines a plus.
  • Software: Expertise using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop). Experience using After Effects, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Canva are a plus.
  • Effective Communication: Oral, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and Design: You will conceptualize and execute campaign materials and templates for external and internal audiences across various media, including print, social, web, and animation or video.
  • Network and Be Part of a Team: Reporting to the Art Director, you will have the opportunity to work with other communications professionals and internal clients, attend team meetings, and share expertise.
  • Be Mentored: You will have regular coaching sessions with the Art Director and the Communications team to help build your skills and expertise.
  • Showcase Presentation Skills: You will present concepts to the Art Director and internal clients and respond to feedback.
