Responsibilities

  • As a Guest Services Intern, you are responsible for welcoming guests and working in the Front Office department during your placement to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Guest Services Intern will also be required to manage guest queries. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Be the face of our hotel and ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Inform guests about hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel facilities
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • As a Front Office Intern you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are usually from 7am until 3pm or from 3pm until 11pm.
