What age do I need to be to apply for this volunteering role?
You must be aged 16 or older to apply, as we cannot accept volunteers under 16.

No, this is an unpaid voluntary position in a friendly charity shop.
What kinds of tasks will I be doing as a Homewares Volunteer?
Typical tasks include creating displays of homewares, keeping the department stocked, sorting and cleaning donated items, and valuing and pricing collectibles.
What skills do I need to have for this role?
An interest in collectibles and homewares, as well as creativity for maintaining attractive displays, are desirable skills for this role.
How flexible are the volunteering hours?
Volunteering hours are flexible. You can spare a few hours a week or a couple of hours occasionally, based on your availability.
