Responsibilities

  • Support and acquire skills/knowledge from all operational departments – Premium, Concessions, Warehouse & Culinary. Additional opportunities to work with finance, HR and IT will be available.
  • Acquire knowledge to understand positions and job duties within multiple teams/departments.
  • Assist in coordinating appropriate staffing levels.
  • Ascertain opening preparations/closing procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Menu Development and pricing
  • Ordering and inventory process
  • Assessment and drivers of staffing levels
  • Catering Sales Process
  • Suite Ordering Process
  • Required event documentation and reporting
