Responsibilities

Support and acquire skills/knowledge from all operational departments – Premium, Concessions, Warehouse & Culinary. Additional opportunities to work with finance, HR and IT will be available.
Acquire knowledge to understand positions and job duties within multiple teams/departments.
Assist in coordinating appropriate staffing levels.
Ascertain opening preparations/closing procedures, including but not limited to:
Menu Development and pricing
Ordering and inventory process
Assessment and drivers of staffing levels
Catering Sales Process
Suite Ordering Process
Required event documentation and reporting
