  • Our HR Analytics and Talent Management Intern will assist with the design and implementation of Knight Foundation’s Talent Development Tool Repository and encourage adoption and awareness of this new tool repository among Knight Foundation staff. The intern will also help to create an HR analytics dashboard to report on key HR metrics such as time and cost to hire, tenure, and engagement. These projects will inform our decision-making and help drive organizational performance and productivity.
