  • Degree Paths Preferred: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field.
  • Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel regarding navigation and formula use.
  • SQL experience
  • MS 365 Office Suite
  • Exposure to output data in code in python or similar
  • Programming for data analytics (eg Python, R)
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or similar.
  • Comfortable in leveraging a wide variety of data sources in analysis efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in data extraction, transformation, database development, and utilizing visualization tools within Microsoft PowerBI and similar.
  • Create and maintain dashboards from integrating data sources.
  • Design SharePoint sites leveraging Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Gain an understanding of database structures (SQL), query language and data governance.
  • Exposed to HR methodology and concepts.
  • Manage time, prioritize work demands effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with various levels of management while being positive and professional.
