  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Performs work assignments as a member of the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) HR team. At MFC, we are committed to accelerating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging for every employee. Responsibilities include supporting tasks for projects within the HR Business Partner team in the areas of business strategy, diversity & inclusion, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy and planning, compensation, and/or employee relations.
