What is the duration of the HR Graduate Programme?
The HR Graduate Programme is a fixed-term 2-year contract.
Is there an opportunity for permanent employment after completing the programme?
Yes, the aim is to transition into a permanent role by the end of the programme.
What locations are available for this programme?
We will consider base locations in any of the 36 hotels across the UK and Ireland.
What kind of training will be provided during the programme?
Extensive personal and professional development is provided through training workshops, webinars, and project work.
What qualifications do I need to apply for the programme?
You need a degree or equivalent in HR or CIPD Level 5.
Is there any requirement for work experience?
Ideally, having experience in a Hotel/Leisure or Hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Will this role require travel?
Yes, there is a requirement for the ability and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, which may sometimes require overnight stays.
What kind of support will I receive during the programme?
You will receive one-to-one coaching with the Senior HR team as part of your development.
