Responsibilities

  • Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will work on initiatives that support our people strategy, in addition to supporting the HR Team in day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders internal and external to the business and will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider HR team across the UK. As an intern the successful candidate will be learning from senior members of the HR Team, yet they should be comfortable to share their own knowledge, ideas, and opinions. The successful candidate will support on several topics such as:
  • Recruitment
  • Candidate management
  • Onboarding
  • Employee engagement
  • Employee relations
  • Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Annual global and local HR initiatives.
