Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 0-1+ years of general work experience.
  • Junior or Senior year in an accredited College or University.
  • Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and detail-orientation a must.
  • Forward thinking and ability to be agile within a workplace.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Computer savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to carry out assignments and projects to completion.
  • Ability to research given topics.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Superior professionalism, reliability and flexibility is critical.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Have worked in an HR Department with basic HR Knowledge.
  • Concentration in Human Resources, Business or Marketing strongly preferred.
  • Visio or similar program.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing and scrubbing large data sets.
  • Ability to work with and interpret data.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial / operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis to support MB Operations
  • Prepare and book Journal Entries and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Maintain key metrics as required
  • Help leverage technology to automate and streamline processes & reporting
  • Participate in the annual plan process
  • Any other duties as assigned
