  • Prepare or Maintain Employment Records related to events, such as hiring, termination, medical leaves, transfers, and/or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Documenting/Recording Information — entering, recording, storing, maintaining and/or destroying records according to legal and company requirements.
  • Support positive employee relations initiates.
  • Adaptable to the changing demands in order to meet goals.
