Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong desire to pursue a career in human resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
Support HR team in employee relations matters, including conducting research and assisting with conflict resolution.
Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Aid in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
Provide general support to the HR department as needed.
