Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Support HR team in employee relations matters, including conducting research and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Aid in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
  • Provide general support to the HR department as needed.
