We are looking for a Summer 2024 intern that is seeking a great opportunity within a fast-paced environment. 
  • Our HR Intern will contribute to the success of our team through active participation in various HR initiatives and projects. This full-time summer internship in 2024 involves not only supporting the HR team on diverse projects but also immersing yourself in the day-to-day HR administration tasks.


  • Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • Prior work experience or internship experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
  • Organized and have strong discretion as this role may be exposed to matters and data where maintaining the highest level of confidentiality is important.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other changes in the employment life cycle.
  • Gain an understanding of our company’s HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, and provide assistance with data integrity.
  • Works with HR team to assist with full cycle recruitment efforts.
  • Participates in ongoing development, communication, and implementation of new programs and policies.
  • Maintains employee’s files and databases, learning and working our HRIS ADP Workforce Now.
  • You will work closely with different functional areas to learn more about the company and how each department plays a role in people development and culture.
  • You will have daily interactions with professionals and will receive guidance and mentoring from HR team in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
  • Projects and additional duties will be assigned throughout the assignment based on current business needs.
