Requirements

  • Someone with an interest in in people analytics/compensation and benefits (previous experience or study of a relevant field such as HR, Business, Data etc would be an advantage but is not essential)
  • Sound working knowledge of Excel and strong analytical/technical skills (understanding of pivot tables, VLookups, formatting etc)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive and curious mindset.
  • High levels of integrity
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and organising HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintaining dashboards to track HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Processing monthly commission payments
  • Assisting in our reward strategy project, including benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Administrating our HR system Oracle Fusion and Learning Management System
  • Maintaining our SharePoint pages etc.
  • Supporting the HR team with ad hoc tasks as required – this could range from data collection, creating and providing system reports, policy review, recruitment support etc
