Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Department in various activities related to Employee Administration.
  • Participate in HR projects related with the main HR functions.
  • Employee data dashboard management.
  • Support management in Personnel Administration and HR Systems in line with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Ensure with the HRBP the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Work the social media presence.
  • Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.
  • Manage, monitor and improve HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda & labour law developments.
