Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting HR communications such as emails, letters, calendar invites, and company newsletters.
  • Undertake HR administration tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and coordinating all people related activities.
  • Provide accurate reports on Perspectum’s people statistics for regular upline reporting.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HR software, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
