Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources
Able to work full time (40h p/w non negotiable) from our office in London
Previous internship experience is a plus
Excellent English written and spoken skills
Proactive work mentality
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for employee well-being and support
Strong team player

Responsibilities

Support with employee experience related queries: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations
Assist with ER process steps – including investigation note-taking and escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up
Collaborate with People team in creating awareness for internal people processes and people support system and tools
Work closely with the People team to support proactive communication with employees on key updates and training delivery on employee experience related items
Shadow the monthly review of Payroll input
Participate in People Team initiatives to educate our employees on support available for their well-being
Ensure that employees on long-term leave are administered correctly as well as assist the proactive communication to employees
Proactively support and collaborate with the People team to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business
Participate Tesla locations visits by participating in Roundtable/employee experience programs
Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence and automation
Take part in team projects and ad hoc requests
