  • This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day to day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely close with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action


  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources
  • Able to work full time (40h p/w non negotiable) from our office in London
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills

Area of Responsibilities

People, HR & Administration


  • Support with employee experience related queries: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations
  • Assist with ER process steps – including investigation note-taking and escalation to relevant contact points and follow-up
  • Collaborate with People team in creating awareness for internal people processes and people support system and tools
  • Work closely with the People team to support proactive communication with employees on key updates and training delivery on employee experience related items
  • Shadow the monthly review of Payroll input
  • Participate in People Team initiatives to educate our employees on support available for their well-being
  • Ensure that employees on long-term leave are administered correctly as well as assist the proactive communication to employees
  • Proactively support and collaborate with the People team to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raising awareness to the business
  • Participate Tesla locations visits by participating in Roundtable/employee experience programs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational excellence and automation
  • Take part in team projects and ad hoc requests
