  • We are looking for a year placement student to undertake the role of HR Assistant. This is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in HR within a highly successful, globally recognised company. 
  • Reporting to the HR Advisor you will work as part of a team to deliver a HR service to the business.

  • Leaver administration and off-boarding process
  • Managing general queries on a day to day basis
  • Working to deadlines and in line with service level agreements
  • Updating and maintain accurate information on the HR system
  • Managing HR Information mailbox queries on a daily basis
  • Working with stakeholders from across all business areas building effective relationships
  • Communicating confidently with people at all levels
  • Support with ad hoc projects and initiatives
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and implementing any changes
