Requirements

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) platforms is a plus. SAP preferred
  • Familiarity with Data visualization tool is a plus
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate

Responsibilities

  • Workday implementation support:
  • Assist in preparing scenarios for systems testing and in executing these test scenarios
  • Perform some data review/data cleaning and prepare conversion data to Workday
  • Participate in the training and change management sessions.
  • System File cleanup & Data cleanup:
  • Update the HRIS SharePoint to provide easier access to other HR teams on key documents.
  • Perform a deep dive review of the current HR shared drives and SharePoint sites to determine if these can be removed/consolidated.
  • Assist in conducting workshops aimed at sharing insights on the significance of key fields, their impact and strategies for improvement.
  • Dashboard Implementation:
  • Collaborate in the implementation process of dashboard on SAC (Sap Analytical Cloud) by integrating and configuring new KPIs from LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Ensure all the requirements are incorporated into the dashboard and conduct thorough testing for optimal user experience
