Responsibilities

  • Build and networking relationships with others in the L&D team, HR and the business as a whole.
  • Develop knowledge around the HRD and people within the business.
  • Complete and build skills around administration related to HR, L&D and Communications.
  • Help the team with HR process administration.
  • Assist with calendar management, HR process implementation, and step in when administrative support is needed.
  • Put together communications for the site workplace intranet, support the Communications Manager with communication administration tasks and events.
  • Support training administration processes where required including processing of training forms and monitoring of the email inbox.
  • Co-ordinate site training.
