Responsibilities

  • Supporting our HR Manager with HR administration e.g. preparing offer letters and references where required, completing quarterly audit of right to work documentation, organising interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Helping our team by scheduling interviews and meetings, communicating with candidates and setting up video calls and interviews at the office
  • Arrange company-wide/regional events such as virtual team meetings and our Christmas Party
  • All office administration: you’ll see no task as too small, and if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well
  • Ensure the office is stocked correctly – from stationery to coffee & biscuits; this includes our weekly bagel order!
  • General office maintenance – occasionally something breaks, and we’ll need you to make sure it’s fixed in a timely manner
  • Work alongside our HR Manager and external health & safety consultants to ensure health & safety compliance is maintained. This will include maintaining DSE records and writing and updating risk assessments
  • Manage and maintain the relationship with our third-party IT company as main point of contact
  • Manage and maintain relationship with our office cleaning company
  • Review and approve invoices for third-party services
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to help to deliver a culture we can be proud of.
