Requirements

Strong Analytical skills, comfort using tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL etc.
Experience with interpreting data, building analytics structure.
Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Human Resources, Data Science, Business.
Strong academic performance.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Energetic, curious, and eager to tackle new projects, ideas, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business firsthand.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual that is well versed in mining data and transforming it into a visually meaningful representation of the status of our projects. We are in the initial stages of building out meaningful Human Resources KPIs that drive our focus and highlight our wins and opportunities.
Create dashboards that inform the business to drive action
Interpret the data to summarize trends, opportunities, or major deviations from goals
Build the framework to ensure the continued utilization past Summer 2023
Create a presentation at the end of your internship to executive leadership regarding what you have learned, HR/business opportunities to prioritize, and what you believe you have contributed to the business.
