  • The Human Resources Internship is an opportunity to be part of a global team where you will develop an understanding of the HR Organization. You will learn and develop your interpersonal communication and organizational skills by working on projects with the different HR functional teams. Our internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and who will be continuing their studies in the fall.

  • Competencies:
  • Keen interest in employee communications and employee experience
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail; proactively ensures work is accurate and error-free
  • Self-motivated and aptitude to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude and work ethic; unafraid to ask questions and explore new ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong sense of professionalism
  • Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be seeking a Bachelors or Advanced degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Management Information Systems
  • Familiarity with organizational information sharing platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Basic understanding of information systems and databases
  • Able to work independently at times and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • You will have an opportunity to learn and participate in several HR initiatives with the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Teams
  • Participate in the improvement of our HR Intranet Communications page (Microsoft Sharepoint) to ensure a robust employee experience
  • Assist the HR Team in facilitating key employee philanthropy events
  • Recommend process workflows for an AI recruiting tool that will be used by the Talent Acquisition Team
