Requirements

  • Working toward a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A curiosity and desire to learn

Responsibilities

  • Lead an HR-driven market research project
  • Assist with the internship program to include managing and coordinating calendar events
  • Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
  • Partner with HR Business Partner on Associate Relation investigations
  • Assist in J. Jill’s internal Associate Referral Program
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Assist Human Resources team in preparation for new associate orientation program.
  • Assists in completion of special projects as required
