Requirements

  • Enthusiastic individuals currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management, who are eager to dive into the world of HR.
  • While not a must, prior human resources and HRIS experience in a corporate environment is beneficial.
  • Someone who utilizes their Microsoft Office skills to showcase their ability to get things done.
  • An emerging HR Professional who is exceptionally organized, an outstanding communicator, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • As our HR Intern, you’ll be in a comprehensive, rotational program through our various HR teams overseen by our Chief People Officer
  • Immerse yourself in a world of HR activities, from the exciting realm of talent management and onboarding to analyzing the scope of our compensation to working directly with our Chief People Officer on STV’s strategic HR plan
  • Assist in keeping our HRIS system (Workday) accurate, where you'll infuse it with the latest employee information, from skills and certifications to licenses, education, and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with our Early Careers Program Manager, helping to shape the Summer Internship Program by providing feedback and assisting in facilitating its various aspects.
