Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, psychology, or sociology.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • A strong interest and passion for HR and people management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.

Responsibilities

  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Conducting orientation and training sessions for new employees and providing them with information on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs
  • Researching and analyzing HR data and metrics and preparing reports and presentations
  • Handling employee queries and issues and escalating them to the appropriate HR staff or manager when necessary.
