  • Langan is seeking a Human Resources Intern or Co-op to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in providing support to the local Human Resources team, assisting with employee onboarding and HR data management.   • Support the Human Resources department through daily tasks and special projects;
  • Assist in orientation preparation and onboarding experience for new hires including communicating with new hires and compiling and distributing welcome packages;
  • Ensure electronic files are up-to-date and maintained; converting paper documents to electronic files;
  • Collaborate with Corporate Human Resources Coordinator to submit and track department expenses;
  • Assist with the maintenance of the department’s SharePoint site;
  • Provide general administrative duties including filing, typing, scanning, photocopying, reviewing, and composing mail, shredding and ordering supplies;
  • Act as backup to the Corporate Human Resources Coordinators; and
  • Perform other duties as requested.
