Responsibilities

  • Create graphics which will be casted internally and posted on social media.
  • Coordinate onsite training with outside vendors as needed.
  • Assist with updating content in Gainsight, our Learning Management System.
  • Create blog posts to announce new hires, using the content they provide about themselves.
  • Ensure that managers have submitted team members for Standup recognition.
  • Update and create job descriptions using resources like SHRM and ChatGPT.
  • Document step-by-step processes via Scribe How.
  • Learn how to process new hires through E-Verify.
  • Assist with company events.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
  • As requested by HR leadership, schedule and organize interviews; take minutes during interviews and departmental meetings.
