  • Work closely with assigned department on various tasks, attend department meetings, manage small projects, and learn about how the department functions within the organization.

  • Learn about the full lifecycle recruiting process (screening resumes, phone interviews, scheduling, creating requisitions, filing, data entry, submitting background and new hire paperwork)
  • Assist with data entry for benefits, leave of absences and employee relations
  • Assist with payroll (timecard revisions, update policies and procedures, create and update reports)
  • Attend HR team meetings and training courses
  • Learn to understand the concept of the department and how the function is important to the organization’s overall business.
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks within the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
