Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Compensation team to review and update company Job Codes and Market Benchmarks
  • Perform market pricing for any adhoc requests
  • Review the current FNAC Benchmarking philosophy and determine the impact of harmonizing with other FNACs would have on the business
  • Review the overtime eligible population in Canada by province and propose a policy to ensure compliance across the country
  • Review current geographic tiers in Canada and compare how the current classification align to Canadian legislation
  • Assist with VEBA Audit to ensure the smooth running of that process
  • Help management with the initial planning of communications
  • Assist the team with the annual rollover analysis and data comparison process
  • Working with Manager of Reward and Functional Team Leaders to establish a plan/approach to improve and consolidate communication of Reward packages to new hires and employees
