Responsibilities

  • - Develop an understanding of Social Policy and Industrial Relations in a transnational company
  • - Gain knowledge of the Employment Law and see first hand how it drives business operations day to day
  • - Be involved in various projects and topics across the employment law and industrial/employee relations spectrum, giving lots of opportunity and experience in this field of human resources (HR)
  • - Providing support in grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • - Developing and writing social/employment policies
  • - Researching, analysing trends and benchmarking of employment policy and law
  • - You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects
  • - You will gain stakeholder management skills working closely with HR Business Partners, Trade Union representatives, and senior management
