Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Must be able to work in the US without the need for work sponsorship
  • Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience using an ATS (Taleo, Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of US Labor Laws
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior work in an office environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating candidate phone interviews
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation within the ATS
  • Additional tasks/analysis as needed to support the talent acquisition team
