You must be pursuing a bachelor’s in HR, Communications, Business, or related field. Have US work eligibility, ATS experience, knowledge of US labor laws, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and office work experience.

Under the guidance of our experienced talent acquisition staff, the successful candidate will be involved in assisting our current TA Coordinators with scheduling phone interviews for selected applicants.&nbsp;You will work with the Recruiters, the Hiring Managers, and Candidates.&nbsp;Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely assistance under minimal supervision, helping the Talent Acquisition team to meet their daily objectives.
