You need a high school diploma, up to 2 years of HVAC experience or technical education, Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver's license with a clean record.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC units using tools and software, prioritize safety, and show dedication to customers by working flexible hours and occasional overnight stays.
